Ryan quietly looked at the ground.<\/p>\n
Jack called the resort manager over.<\/p>\n
“I’d like to change three reservations.”<\/p>\n
The manager nodded.<\/p>\n
“My children will be checking out tomorrow morning.”<\/p>\n
David looked stunned.<\/p>\n
“You’re sending us home?”<\/p>\n
“I’m protecting my marriage.”<\/p>\n
No one spoke again.<\/p>\n
The next morning, they left.<\/p>\n
The rest of our honeymoon was peaceful.<\/p>\n
Back home, Jack invited all three of them to dinner a month later.<\/p>\n
